2. Platform Services

Zenthryx provides a decentralized perpetual futures trading platform built on Solana blockchain. Our services include:

  • Perpetual futures trading with up to 100x leverage
  • Real-time market data and TradingView chart integration
  • Cross-margin trading capabilities
  • Advanced order types and risk management tools
  • $ZTR token loyalty rewards program

3. User Eligibility

To use our platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not be a resident of restricted jurisdictions

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading perpetual futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should:

  • Understand that leverage can work against you
  • Only trade with capital you can afford to lose
  • Be aware that cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile

5. Trading Fees and Costs

Our fee structure includes:

  • Maker fees: 0.03%
  • Taker fees: 0.06%
  • Funding rate fees (for perpetual contracts)
  • Network transaction fees (Solana gas)

6. $ZTR Token and Loyalty Rewards

Zenthryx operates a loyalty rewards program:

  • 30% of platform profits are distributed to $ZTR token holders
  • 20% goes to affiliates and referral programs
  • 10% supports AI ecosystem development
  • 40% funds platform development and operations

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

  • Market manipulation or insider trading
  • Using automated trading bots without permission
  • Attempting to hack or compromise the platform
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Creating multiple accounts for abuse

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Zenthryx platform are owned by Zenthryx and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zenthryx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zenthryx from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
